Past Employers Include UCG Tech Services where I held the role of IT Technician for 4 years, my duties included managing our customer's information systems and office networks as well as performing standard repairs to computers including OS wipes, trouble shooting, peripheral setup and data transfers.

 

Post working at UCG I worked in Electronics retail as a sales associate helping customers find the right products and solutions for their specific problems.  Bringing a background of IP Network management that I had built while at UCG I quickly became the top grossing sales associate for network related sales and solutions for our customers.

 

I moved on to work in the telecom industry and held the position of IP network specialist. Overseeing corporate telecom projects including copper, fiber, and radio solutions.  Some of the noteworthy solutions I designed/lead include the modernization of the HD Door Factory in San Antonio which required all new copper networking and wireless distribution systems to be installed.  I oversaw and participated in installing inter-floor LAN fiber optics in the Wells Fargo tower, installing a fiber backhaul for a local municipality and handling all dealings with AEP Electric to secure a utility lease on the local power poles for distribution lines, along with building large scale mesh WiFi networks and long-distance P2P networks for businesses.

 

The Covid pandemic provided new oprotunities and I found employment in industrial design. Initially hired to act as the director of a hospitality venue “Oakfire Ridge”, I was quickly promoted to Director of Industrial Design after demonstrating my skills in the field, I was later named Director of Design at our subsidiary design firm called Nobot Labs (NBL).  While at NBL I have been the project lead for a wide range of design projects for both in-house and client projects.  Projects have ranged from single batch solutions to manufactured solution that require assembling viable manufacturing partnerships and supplier networks.

 

While in all of these positions, I have had a hand in, or completely designed, custom electronic and mechanical solutions.  My Electronics Engineering (EE) design work has ranged from simple analogue circuits up to IOT solutions connected to major cell carrier networks with app enabled backend server services.
